Day 7 of HBOT complete! We’re so blessed to be seeing improvements in Jonah already!
Jonah is smiling and giggling more and his head control is increasing! 🙌🏼 This evening he was even supporting himself for a few seconds sitting up!
Some more big news to share - Jonah is going out to Arizona halfway through HBOT for stem cell therapy! The doctor we’re seeing has a 3.5 year waitlist, but with Dr Harch’s (HBOT doctor) referral, we get in immediately! We’re so thankful for this opportunity that wouldn’t have been possible without everyone’s generous donations!
We were connected with a couple (Greg and Dena) to stay with through a mutual friend and they’ve been such a huge blessing. The waitlist for Ronald McDonald House has at least 29 families on it 🫠
I’ve been feeling down and anxious about things and man did God come through to remind me He’s got this and still working on Jonah to bring a full recovery.
Greg’s brother stopped over today to pick something up and we got to talking for maybe 5 minutes about Jonah and his treatments and he tells me that I need to give all my faith to God and that He’ll heal Jonah. It was just the reminder I needed.
Then, I get an email from the AZ doctors office saying someone made an anonymous donation that covers the deposit and then some! First, whoever you are we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for blessing Jonah in this way. Second, I don’t even know who it could possibly be because we haven’t shared the name of the doctor we’re going to, so this feels like God’s hand is all over this.
Please continue to pray over our sweet boy. Obviously we’re still praying for a full recovery, but currently that he’ll gain head and torso control, cognitively he keeps improving, and he continues to be able to fall asleep more easily and sleep theough the night.
