Small delay

The MRI today did show some increase  in the size of the ventricles in her brain which could be a normal result of removing the drain, but it could be an indication that fluid is building up.  They plan to continue to monitor over the weekend and repeat an MRI on Monday. 

Soooo… we won’t be going home tomorrow. But if all looks good Neurosurgery assured us they would sign discharge papers on Monday with plans for outpatient scans in the future.
