After caregiving all day, it’s hard to find time to prepare meals for the 2 of us. Your help in providing a fully prepared meal is greatly appreciated. Joe is allergic to tree nuts, so please be cautious about ingredients and avoid: coconut, coconut oil, almonds, cashews, pine nuts. Thank you.
