Quick update for those following Jacksonβs journey:
- Test results on Jacksonβs sister came back. She is a carrier of the disease, but does not have Alpha Mannosidosis. She is a half match for a donor, so the team in Minnesota is working on finding a full match from the bone marrow donor registry.Β
- In the next couple weeks, Jackson will need to have his tonsils removed and his feeding tube put in. Then Jackson and his family will begin the transplant journey.Β
