Quick update on how things are going:
What's been done: We’ve raised enough money to cover ONE DMI Intensive. Inti will be traveling to VA to see Dr. Sunny in February. Thank you thank youuuu!
What's happening now: Inti has a community of beautiful human beings with loving hearts. We’ve been blessed.
- Thank you to Kichwa Runa of Chicago for organizing the ‘Fritada Solidaria’ event this weekend. Gracias por el amor y el apoyo de cada uno de sus miembros, nos han llenado el corazón de felicidad y de fe.
- Thank you to everyone who’s donated, and who has shared our story. We see you, and we appreciate you immensely!
What's still needed: We are still miles away from reaching our goal!
Our next milestone is to get Inti cell therapy treatments. We have a consultation scheduled for mid October with a Dr. in Mexico who we’ve been recommended. This is all exciting, but it’s also very costly.
We hope we can get Inti to Mexico by the summer of next year. The treatments alone cost around $25,000, and he will most likely meed multiple rounds, as do other kiddos with CP.
