I’m asking for help with meals while I’m in Boston with Harrison for his heart surgery. My husband and our older son, Teddy, will be home with my mom; she can cook but can’t manage every night. We’ll be away from October 20th to an undetermined date sometime hopefully in November. Simple dinners, casseroles, or ready-to-heat meals that serve 3-4 are perfect. Also helpful: drop-off times around 5–7 PM, or frozen meals they can reheat later.
