Harper had a good night last night. This morning we got to catch up with the oncology resident that actually helped diagnose Harper last May. We hadn’t seen him since but he remembered that night as clearly as I did. It felt like things came full circle. 

Her platelets were borderline but her oncologist decided to transfuse her to boost her up a bit and sent us on our way. 

We are crashing at my mother in law’s for a few days until Ryan is a feeling better/ 7 ish days from when his symptoms started. We had a nice evening, she ate a little better and we took a long walk. I’m SO glad to be out of that hospital room and getting outside was just what we needed. 

We will check in at clinic this week to make sure she doesn’t need any more blood products and hopefully see that her WBCs are starting to come up.
