Day 9 since treatment started… day 16 since his Loma Linda admission. 5 treatments down… 4 more to go!!! He is doing well all things considering. He is still maintaining “favorite” status on the 6th floor. Greg is in insolation but can escape to walk. Walking is highly encouraged to keep his body moving. He has graduated to oral pain meds so he isn’t attached to the pole unless he’s getting a treatment. His blood levels are dangerously low as well as his immunity so he is getting blood and platelet transfusions every few days. Tomorrow is a big procedure with chemo being inserted directly into his spine. So please pray all goes smoothly for that… for his blood levels to be where they need to be and for him and I to not be anxious. All this is so scary!! We are still overwhelmed by the love and support we are getting. We feel so blessed and unworthy of it. We bawl each time something comes in. We can thank you enough for loving on our family and most importantly praying for us!! We know God has us in hands and is guiding us. Thank you all!
