Best day ever!

Over the last few months, with the biggest smile and twinkle in her eyes, Gracie will look at me and say, “Mommy! Best day ever!” Often I’m surprise at the times she looks at me and says this, but it’s often at times when I need to hear this and a humbling reminder to my adult brain, how easily I take for granted the good things in this life. A couple days ago while at the Library, I couldn’t believe it but there was a book called Best Day Ever that she wanted read to her. She certainly had the best day ever playing in the kids section at the library that day. Thank God for our little children that can speak to our hearts without even knowing it🥰.
