Currently at children’s

Ashley and Rylie got to the hospital and they have them in their room, Rylie is currently on antibiotics, ibprouphen for the fever and an antiviral. She has possible meningitis. Both her red and white blood cells are elevated. The test to figure out which meningitis she has takes two days to come back so they are there for at least the next two days. If it is  viral meningitis then that’s good it’s very quick to treat and she should be able to go home within the next 2-3 days. If it’s bacterial then that’s is the more severe one and she would be there for the month. So we are praying 🙏🏽 it’s viral and doctors are already treating her as if it’s the viral one, she knows who she is again. And only sometimes slips into some confusion still but as long as she’s on the meds she’s okay.
