It has been a little over one month since our world changed forever.

First, from the bottom of our hearts—thank you. Every prayer, donation, meal, message, hug, and act of kindness has carried our family through days we never imagined we’d have to face. We have felt God’s love through each and every one of you.

We wanted to share a small update on Olivia and Clayton.

The two of them are officially home with us, and every day our focus is simple: giving them stability, unconditional love, and the childhood Brianna dreamed they would have. There are hard days, tears, and questions no child should ever have to ask, but there are also smiles returning, laughter filling the house again, baseball practices, bedtime stories, and little moments that remind us Brianna is still very much present in the way they love and live.

We promised Brianna that her children would always know who their mom was. They will grow up hearing her stories, looking through photos, celebrating her birthday, taking the trips she dreamed of taking them on, and knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt how fiercely she loved them.

Your generosity has allowed us to focus on what matters most right now—helping these precious kids heal without the immediate impact of overwhelming financial pressures. We can never adequately express what that gift means to our family.

As we continue navigating probate, legal matters, counseling, and the many unknowns still ahead, we ask that you continue praying specifically for Olivia and Clayton. Pray that God surrounds them with peace, protects their hearts, and reminds them daily that they are deeply loved.

We also ask that you continue praying for justice, wisdom, and strength for our family as we work through the many pieces still before us.

Brianna’s story did not end the day she left this earth. Her love lives on through her children, and because of all of you, that love continues to be surrounded by an incredible community.

Thank you for standing beside us. We will spend the rest of our lives making sure Brianna’s legacy shines brightly through Olivia and Clayton.
