Because Felix has a rare mitochondrial disease affecting his cellular energy production, we are working to create the healthiest environment possible to support his overall wellness. A high-quality air purification system would help reduce exposure to airborne particles, allergens, pollutants, and other environmental stressors in our home where he spends the majority of his time. A whole-home approach would include multiple medical-grade air purifiers placed throughout our two-story home to provide cleaner air in the spaces where Felix plays, sleeps, and completes his therapies.
