The goal is to help Emily and Athena move from car into safe housing situation, together - pet friendly is a must. Having a place to live in will allow Emily to setup safe environment for Athena and start employment. After researching various options, housing cost per month would average at least $1000, likely over. Assistance programs have waiting lists that are years long, unfortunately.
