Nick was a bit anxious today and has been wanting to go home. However, he has been enjoying playing games like Mancala and Connect 4 (both of which he’s very good at). Many people have come to visit this weekend, and you can tell how much he enjoys seeing familiar faces.

He is starting to try to speak longer sentences, with most of his words still a bit hard to understand, but he has a clear thought process and is future oriented. His gait has gotten much better, and he has met his therapy goals three times so far! We should be finding out on Tuesday more news related to next steps for treatment.
