We Made It To Mérida! 🇲🇽🤍

After a long 12-hour travel day, we finally made it to Mérida, Mexico! 🇲🇽🤍

We definitely had a couple of bumps along the way. Our flight to Mexico was delayed by two hours, and then shortly after we landed, Eiley fell and broke her tooth. 

Thankfully, she's not in any pain, and there's no swelling. It also happens to be the same tooth we had repaired earlier this year.

We're choosing to focus on the positives. She'll likely have a broken tooth for the time we're here 🫠, but it could have been so much worse, and for that we're incredibly grateful.

One little side note that brought us some encouragement: when we checked into our hotel, our room number was 432. That number has become especially meaningful to Austin and I this year as it has appeared many time at key moments of our story. IYKYK 😏

Seeing that number reminded us of our mantra: we are always in the right place at the right time. It felt like a sweet reminder as we begin this next step in Eiley's healing journey. 🤍
