Sorry all, it has been a minute since I have updated you on here about Dixie. She is doing amazing! She started walking with her walker this summer on her own. She now even uses her walker some at school.
With all the progress she is making, I am hoping and praying to get her into a physical therapy intensive this summer. This intensive would be 3 weeks, five days a week at 4 hours a day. She use to do therapy intensives like this in the Philippines and they made a huge difference in helping her body to move more and more.
The intensive I would like Dixie to do will cost $8,470, this is only the cost of the therapy. Then I will need to pay for plane tickets, lodging, and food.
