My boss came by with a big basket from PTSO and the office, a big card from my co-workers, and a basket full of cards the fourth graders made me. I balled my eyes out from all the love and support. I have been in the fourth graders lives from k-3. If they weren't in my classroom, I taught them during intervention time. They said the nicest things! They remembered my stories, my humor, and thanked me for being awesome. They all miss my smile and greeting them everyday. One student said we should have a dance party when I come back, I agree!!

I love my job and my students so much past and present. My current students also wrote me the sweetest letters. I have been blessed to have a school family like I do. The parents are equally amazing. 

I had a rough morning. I was on the computer typing something out that was a bit stressful and I noticed my left pinky finger going numb. That is a tell tale sign a seizure is on the way. I hurried up and took my medicine, went to the bathroom, laid on the couch, and called my kids down stairs. It stayed in my left arm and didn't get bad. I was able to breathe through it and stay calm.  Guess I can't get stressed. 

I can't begin to say how much everyone's support, prayers, and love has meant to me. I need it. This journey is one that I can't put into words because each day is different.  I am so very thankful for all of you!
