Had the lumbar puncture done yesterday. It wasn't so bad beside it taking longer than expected. The pressure and "zingers" were the worst part. She did warn me that getting a head is normal and that it can go away when I am laying down. It is true! I would sit or stand and up and that headache would come on quickly. As soon as I laid down it would go away. It was worse today but once I started drinking my green juice it has gone away. I am still very sore, if I try doing anything other than walk it's painful. I guess that means I have to behave. I'm not sure when I will get the results, they have to send it out to a different company.

I found a woman name Vera that has the same issues breast cancer, brain tumor, etc. She was given 6 months to live. Here it is 2 years later and she doesn't have any of those things. She did go on Enhertu and did 67 day juice fast!! I talked to her on Zoom Sunday night. She is amazing!! She sent me some videos on fasting. One of the doctors works at Florida Hospital and talked about the HUGE benefits of fasting as well as the scientific evidence. I kinda feel like I am turning into a nerd LOL. I am learning about epi genetics, quantum healing, food as medicine ( also scientific evidence!), etc etc.
