Deana's Cancer Journey
4 more days until treatment. Mike and I cleaned out the little space under our stairs, we call it our Harry Potter room. It is all nice and organized. I got out the chemo bag I used in 2023, some parents made it for me. They also had the students sign it and parents donated things to go in the bag. Once again I will bring it with me to treatments. I mentioned in another post that I used to pass out during the whole treatment so we will see if that happens. One thing I also did was a guided meditation for cancer treatment even if I passed out I still heard it. I have that and a playlist to listen to all ready to go. What are some songs that uplift you? I love music and like to add to my collection.
I remember seeing the 2 red syringes of chemo and crying. I won't have that same chemo but this time I plan to pray before treatment starts. When I go to my PCP for iv vitamins and other therapies there is a woman who holds Lori's (PCP) hands and they pray (she includes me in the prayers when I'm there) for the therapies to work. She too is going through breast cancer. Lori has an iv therapy room where more than one person is in there unless they want to be alone, then she has a private room. I have met some wonderful people where we encourage each other. One gentleman, Ron is 89 years old told me about his brother dealing with lung cancer. The Dr. told the brother there wasn't anything else they could do for him. He started doing blood ozone, eating healthy, and iv vitamins with high dose vit c. He is now in remission. Ron is doing these therapies for neuropathy and to keep his health up. It is working great.
One thing that I keep telling myself this weekend is how many times does it say in the Bible fear not or do not be afraid. I got this, this is a different treatment, and I am much more knowledgeable about cancer and different therapies.
Yesterday I get a picture from my husband showing me my tire. UGH!! a flat tire with a nail in it. So not only is my dishwasher not working now we have to get the tire fixed. Wait! We just replaced all 4 tires a year in a half ago. Thank God there's a warranty against the naughty nail. Whew.
This is my song of the day, check it out, I hope it blesses you.

Thank you so much for the messages, prayers, thoughts, texts, and donations. I am grateful beyond words can express.
Love to all
