Hello Dana Strong Supporters! 

Dana's pre-op appointment went well, and we know a bit more about treatment plan and schedule.

Her surgery is at 7:30 AM on Friday, 9/5 at CU Anschutz. Once she's out of surgery and barring any complications (which, we are positive will be none!), she'll be in the ICU overnight, transferred to a regular room Saturday, and released for home recovery on Sunday. The mass will be sent out for biopsy.

On 9/16, they'll have an appointment with the pathology team to get official diagnosis and set a treatment plan. Right now, they're anticipating targeted (spot) radiation and chemo via pills.

Please bookmark this site, and it's the only official page we'll have dedicated to her support needs. Financial donations currently are being accepted for their house cleaners through Venmo and Zelle, but other financial needs will transition here.
