As mentioned on Sunday, this is a big week for Dana and Josh.

Today, they had a call with the Neurosurgery Clinic at Anschutz ahead of the post-op follow-up appointment scheduled for tomorrow. They've confirmed a Grade 4 Cancer, however pathology is still in progress. The appointment tomorrow will be to check on the surgery site and see how her recovery has been going so far (as a non-medical professional, she seems to be doing well, and you wouldn't know she had brain surgery only 11 days ago). 

Obviously the call today was not what they were hoping to hear, but it wasn't unexpected. They are anticipating beginning treatments next week and have an appointment on Tuesday to get pathology reports. Once they have those, they'll have appointments with other clinics to find the best course of treatment. 

While they continue to wait, Dana is focusing on the positives. If you know Dana well (or, maybe only even a little bit), you won't be surprised to hear that she's planning house decor updates and trips, and is working when she feels up to it.
