Happy new year! Danny is finally off the daily infusions, now just on oral antibiotics. Hoping to have the drain removed at the end of January and no surgery. It is in God's hands at this point. He is in good spirits, joking and laughing, and smarty pants comments. He's been able to make visits to his favorite places the past few weeks now that he has a little extra energy. It is so good to see him create his new normal for himself and for the girls. 

We will be stopping the meal train and appreciate all the food that has been brought.

Thank you for the continued support and prayers. I'm hoping that they're won't be many more updates to report as he finally is making his way out of the woods!
