Dear Courtney Supporters,
Below you will find an update that Courtney shared on Facebook today. I would like to add that as her sister, I know it's hard for her to ask for and accept help. She said a few weeks ago that she is done making cancer "look cute". It's been a really difficult week for her. She was hospitalized for three nights. Her body is run down and she has 10 more weekly chemo treatments to go, plus 20 days of radiation.
I have posted 3 meal opportunities/week through mid-January. I know vegan is intimidating for some - it's easier than you think! Feel free to email me (kerriquinlan@gmail.com) or message me through this platform if you want to support, but are stumped with the vegan thing. She's also looking for some transportation support to appointments.
Much love and thanks for your support - Kerri and family

Here's Courtney's update:
Hi everyone,
It is once again time I ask for some help/favors/good deeds.
As I'm moving through this second phase of chemo (I'm halfway done my 20 weeks) and still have numerous rounds to go it's become obvious to me that I can't even make myself food certain days. I've been lucky enough to have help so far and I don't want to wear them thin. My sister is helping with this site and will put dates available for food drop off, etc.
I'm vegan, so no meat or dairy please. Simple foods like: soups, mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes, smoothies, crackers, ginger ale, electrolytes, orange juice, bread...Really simple things.* NO raw vegetables currently with my chemo and any fresh fruit like berries need to be thoroughly washed. *
I'm also going to be looking for help getting Avery to therapy Mon @4. It's downtown and myself for therapy Tues in Shelburne @1. Some of the medications I'm having to take to counteract the nausea really mess with my head/vision, etc. Driving is not as easy or accessible for me anymore.
If you can help in any way my family and I really appreciate it. You can message me here, or you can email through the above link and my sister will respond.
Thank you so very much to everyone who has donated so far and to those considering. It doesn't have to be monetary.
Love,
Courtney
