Need	Vegan Meals for Court During Chemo

Chemo is finally really taking its toll, and Courtney is really depleted. She needs support multiple times per week with some easily digestible, comfort foods: -Vegan mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes -Mild to moderately spiced vegan soups -Smoothies -Vegan yogurts -Vegan Muffins -Crackers, Ginger Ale, etc. -Vegan Mac and Cheese No raw veggies during chemo. Fresh berries, etc. must be thoroughly washed (even if going into a smoothie, etc.) Many, many thanks! -Kerri and family
