After spending 4 days at Carle in Champaign and 4 days at Barnes Jewish in St. Louis, Cole is finally home! He came home yesterday, Tuesday, to a very happy Samantha and Weldon. He and the doctors have been struggling with finding a good balance of medication to keep his pain managed and we are all hoping this time he will be more comfortable at home and be able to rest. 

The house construction is moving along quickly. Painting is all but finished and the electrical is getting tidied up a little bit at a time. It looks like trim is on the to do list and the master bath shower tile is ordered! We cannot thank the family, friends and volunteers enough that are working endlessly and spending time away from their families to help get them into their forever home. Every moment is truly appreciated. Thank you so much!
