First few days at home

The first few days home have gone great! The girls were so happy to see us and be home, it was heart melting. Emmy’s been amazingly understanding, cautious, and proud of her mamas button (stoma). There’s a book about a bear who gets an ostomy and we got her an Awesome Ollie teddy bear that has a button and pouch. Lainey’s loving being home, but is having a hard time with Annie not being able to hold her. But she goes up to Annie and hugs her leg 🥰.

Annie’s feeling good, still sore and has to build up her endurance, but moving around more and more every day.
