My oh my! Where does the time go!? It’s been 3 months since double mastectomy day… 3 months and one day to be precise. I’m the one who’s counting.

Let’s get to what everyone wants to know. Christyna is doing great! Home health care is really pleased with how she’s healing. The tunneling is way smaller, both in the abdomen and breast. I keep getting tips on how to improve my technique, and I love the feedback. Not only is the tunneling getting less, the incisions are becoming less noticeable! Wa-hoo!

The teams are working so well together! The hyperbaric chamber is working miracles! Christyna’s skin and wound are soft- I’m envious. My scar is healing but not nearly as quick. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, DON’T GET BREAST CANCER, OR INJURE YOURSELF FOR HYPERBARIC CHAMBER TREATMENT!  It’s just not worth it.

Quicker one today keep kicking butt!

With love

Ryan

Two products that I HIGHLY recommend for scar healing -
1. L'Bri pure aloe - it's the highest quality pure aloe you can find. Zero stickiness. Very little is needed to have a big impact. You two might like their Tattoo Care Cream as well.... Then they also have a 'Fade Away Scar and Stretch Mark Cream' that is aloe instead of water based: https://shop.lbri.com/?_gl=1*3j83hc*_gcl_aw*R0NMLjE3NTk1OTgxMTYuQ2p3S0NBandpNFBIQmhBLUVpd0FualRIdWVpLVFHX2IwQzluWG5rUXFXQlBmVVpvWW5jQ3UyZ0RMcjF4MlhnWmxmS1lIQjl3VkhHRmxSb0MwSUVRQXZEX0J3RQ..*_gcl_au*MjgxNjYyMjg4LjE3NTk1OTc5ODY.*_ga*MTM1ODc3ODM4NC4xNzU5NTk3OTg3*_ga_9EQ4KQS4LM*czE3NTk1OTc5ODYkbzEkZzEkdDE3NTk1OTgxNTckajYwJGwwJGgw#/shop/detail/1215/from/423827?ReferringCustomerDID=1442209

The other company is a Non-Toxic Korean skin care company that my sister reps. She gave me one of their products to try and I used it on a cut I have and it sped up healing: My sister said that they have a calming balance gel, booster serum and cream in addition to the ICD Multi Stick Balm that I've used for scars and wound healing: https://mall.riman.com/glowlikejamie/products/43227?Concern=87,93,94&Line=133&SubCategory=2&Category=5,9
