7.12 Update on Carvell

This week, Carvell had a follow-up with his cardiologist. Due to the chemo medication causing increased blood pressure, his beta blocker was adjusted. He also received a Keytruda infusion treatment during his visit with the oncologist.

To conserve energy during bigger outings, Carvell has started using a wheelchair. While we’re still concerned about his weight, we are encouraged that he was able to eat a bit more and gained one pound this week. He’s also had a little more energy, which is a blessing.
