Zech is using his four wheeler everyday! He loves it so much and it has given him back a joy in life that we missed seeing ❤️ Thank you so much for all of you that made that possible ❤️
Zech turns 5 on Labor Day so grandpa and grandma came up to celebrate with us. Grandma Byles made her first ever homemade birthday cake and it was INCREDIBLE!!! It was an ice cream cake specially made with construction toys and candy rocks, Zech loved it sooo much, and it was SO delicious!
This Thursday we would love for you to remember Zech in prayer as he goes to get cleared to be casted for his prosthetic. He has to take X-rays to make sure there are no spurs and see how the "bridge" they tried to conjure with a piece of floating bone took and if not, what it's doing. If he is cleared he will be able to be casted THIS THURSDAY! And will have his prosthetic in 3 weeks 😱🎉 yet if things swing the other way, Zech is looking at another minor surgery and a few more weeks of healing before he can be casted, so we are praying for a supernatural report!
Zech started school this year and loves learning SOOO much! He gets done with school so fast and then likes to sit and listen to his brother's school and tries following along. He's one smart kiddo and loves challenging himself. We're so proud of the amazing attitude he has chosen to have about everything. Things aren't like they used to be, but he's decided happiness in the midst of this storm. His smile is infectious and his laughter, such a blessing to hear ❤️ we can't to see just how God uses this testimony in his life ❤️

The prosthetist warned us that it can take quite some time for him to feel comfortable enough to run and play on his prosthetic, sometimes weeks.
How long do you think it will take him to run on his prosthetic after he gets it?
My guess(as mama) is 5 minutes ❤️🤣
