From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you! Our words will never be enough to really express just how grateful we are for all the love and support of Brantley. He’s loved by so many

We are still trying to wrap our minds around all the information we are hearing, so for now we are just taking it one day at a time, one treatment at a time. 

Brantley is at home now and is recovering well from his surgery last week to remove the tumor from above his kidney. The whole tumor was not able to be removed and will be relooked at in a couple months after treatment. Our first treatment will start tomorrow and due to his cancer being high risk because of his age and the intensity of the treatment, it will require about a week hospital stay. We are all so anxious, worried, scared, etc. We are asking for big prayers for Brantley, his healing, his medical team, our family, etc as we begin this difficult road ahead. 

Brantley did have a great couple of days though and got to visit with his class and school on Friday. He’s missed them so much. On Saturday,  thanks to some wonderful friends that are like family we went to see a little of the Bananas game. Today he got to visit for a few minutes with one of his best friends. These are the moments that are pulling us through and your prayers are getting us through the day to day, minute to minute. Keep the prayers coming. Thank you all for the love and support.
