An update on Bix

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to everyone who has given so far. Together we’ve raised $1,500 toward our $10,000 goal, and every single contribution has made a difference.

Bix wanted you to know that she’s doing as well as anyone could hope right now. She’s surrounded by a solid, loving support network, and she’s feeling held by this community in ways that words can’t quite capture. She is so deeply loved.

But we’re still in the very early days. Losing David so suddenly has turned her world upside down, and grief isn't a linear process. On top of that heartbreak, Bix is facing real financial insecurity, which makes an already unbearable time feel even scarier. No one should have to worry about rent and bills while they’re trying to survive a loss like this.
