Avery is working hard in PT on trying to stand up. She has AFOs which are braces for her legs and feet. She is high tone and low tone. High tone in her extremities and low tone in her trunk from the neurological damage. However, the brain has a lot of plasticity and she is building new pathways daily. A lot of reps and hard work but this little girl is highly motivated and wants to move!
