September 5, 2026 Update

-Austin got to watch & listen to. The Cherry Pops (featuring Uncle Jackie Taylor) play for a little bit today via video chat! He was able to see and hear everyone saying hi, sending hugs, and cheering him on to let him know he’s got this!

-Everyone on the call loved seeing his eyes open and catching those little movements of his mouth as he listened to all the love coming through the screen.

-Jackked (Jackie and KK) even sent out a special call for prayers for Austin today when playing at Crazy Train. 

-Right-Side Movement: We noticed a little more movement on his right side today! Seeing his right side continue to respond is such a great sign.

-Breathing Adjustment: His breathing rate increased today, so the care team placed him back on pressure support with the ventilator to give his body a break and keep him comfortable.

Surrounding him with music, friends, and family—even virtually—was so good for his spirit today. Thank you all for showering him with so much love and encouragement!
