It was like moving mountains, but with the help of paramedics, a Fire Engine Company, and the staff at St. Peter's Hospital, we got her home for her last night on this Earth. Chandler and Kirk sat on either side of Ashleigh's bed, holding her hands and stroking her hair for her final 12 hours. Ashleigh passed away at the same time of the morning that her mother did. We are heartbroken.

Dear chandler and Kirk. I had no idea about Ashleigh I am so sorry and cannot imagine how devastated you are. It's not fair when our children leave before us. You have my heartfelt sympathy and please reach out to me if there is any I can do to help you with. I hope you are still getting out on your bikes for some outside therapy. Best to you both.
