He Wants Off The Vent 3/19/26

We are hanging in there. Every time they lower his sedation and do any kind of care with his ET tube, his bp goes up and they bolus him causing them to have to turn the vent back up. His rate was at 10 for a good bit of today and he was doing a bunch of breathing on his own until they bolus him for blood pressure. We are working to get the team to try other weaning methods as well as seeing if we can get HBOT treatment for him now. He has some lower extremity tremors and stiff knees sometimes. He’s off the EEG today for 24 hours. Please keep praying!!
