School Starts

Kindergarten here we come. This is going to be rough. Not only has Zoey been at home with us since she was born but we've had the best quality time these past couple months. I am not ready to give her up for half the day! She is ready though and it's much needed. 

They start Kindergarten in Clover on Aug 4th! So early!!! We plan on doing some clothes shopping this weekend for the school year. It's always hard with having her birthday a couple days before Christmas. She gets most everything in December and we supplement halfway through the year. I'm excited to bring her shopping though because she has opinions now! I can't wait to explore more with her style. It's so much fun getting to know your child. 

As for the CT trip, that is going to be likely next year or sometime in Winter. I know with school starting, it's going to change things. We can't just up and travel so easily now! 

I have scans coming up to see if the Kadcyla is working. If not, it'll be onto the next medicine. Crossing fingers that it's held things at bay. I'm not super confident because the tumor I feel in the armpit hasn't been shrinking. It doesn't feel that much bigger but it's also still very prominent. I also had those internal mammary nodes light up again, and decided not to biopsy because the result is the same. If this shows progression, they may opt to biopsy it anyways. 

I'll post an update on the status of scans once I have it scheduled. Should have the scans and results by the end of the month.
