Mom is doing ok and resting this morning as much as she can between PT, Speech and all the docs coming by.  Speech came in this morning and they are putting her on thickened liquids until a full swallow study is done.  She has aspiration pneumonia but she's been on antibiotics and slowly improving.   Just need to ensure she isn't swallowing incorrectly since she was on the vent. 

She is so tired - she's really not doing visitors, calls or texts yet but a good sign yesterday is she was talking about cruises and played a brief game on her phone.
