Help Angie & Adam After Major Accident
Two shower chairs. No shower. Who would have thought that a sponge bath would still be needed after purchasing not one, but two shower chairs? Getting the lift to a chair in the shower is not something we could do so we had to do some returns. Sponge bath today went a little different than before - Angie was able to use her right arm and tend to most of her own needs.
After her sponge bath, we helped Angie change up her outfit. Adam was given directions where to find her skirts.
Tomorrow is a call to the urologist. Angie is ready for her catheter to be removed.
The living room got changed around again - think it may stay this way for now. We were able to move some things around and get the dining table to the dining room as well, for now. Angie loves the new layout and being in the center of all the other seating.
People keep asking what is needed. Before Adam and Angie left Tucson, they left their 1986 Camaro with a friend there who is trying to sell it. As he hasn’t been able to sell it, Adam has been researching transport companies to get it here. If anyone knows of a company that could help get it to Birmingham, that would be amazing! It doesn’t run as it should and Adam could get it up and running so that when Angie is back to her new normal, then Adam would have a car as well.
