Terms of Service

What we do

SupportNow Family Advocacy is a matching service. We connect families raising children with disabilities to advocates who can help with things like special education, insurance, diagnosis, and transition planning. We help make the introduction — we are not a party to the relationship you build with an advocate.

Not professional advice

Advocates in our network bring a range of backgrounds and experience, and many draw on lived experience as parents and caregivers. Unless an advocate tells you otherwise, their guidance is not legal, medical, or financial advice, and using this service does not create an attorney-client, clinical, or other professional relationship. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and located in the United States to submit an intake form. Forms are meant to be completed by parents, caregivers, and adult advocates.

Your responsibilities

Matches and outcomes

We work to make good matches, but we can't guarantee a match, a specific advocate, or any particular result. Any services, terms, and payments are arranged directly between a family and an advocate. Getting matched through SupportNow is always free.

Changes to these terms

As the service grows we may update these terms. When we do, we'll revise the date below.
